"Rochelle catered my twin brother's and my 40th birthday party and it was fabulous! The food she prepared was absolutely delicious. We started with chicken skewers and a cheese platter that had a wonderful blend of complimentary flavors. Dinner included sea bass that tasted as if Rochelle had caught it right before she prepared it (in fact, a friend that attended that did not care for fish said she loved it after my party). The whole filet mignon she roasted and served with two sauces was prepared to perfection, we could not get enough of the scalloped potatoes, and that only touches on some of her expertise in preparing such fantastic food. The cake was mouth watering. I must add that it has been some time since my party and my friends still talk about how wonderful the food was. They commented "We felt we were dining at a 5 star restaurant." Rochelle is extremely professional and an excellent caterer for an intimate party for 2 or a party of 50 plus people. "Rochelle is a dream come true. To come home on Tuesdays and find her wonderful meals waiting in my fridge was fabulous. Imagine sitting down to a delicious soup and baby lamb chops in the middle of the week! We tried other delivery services, but having Rochelle was much better. The food was just what we wanted, not ordered off a menu of suggestions. She also always made something special for the kids: a fruit plate or some extra good cookies and to make it even better, when she catered at our house, she would get the kids to help! We miss her! A selection of Haute Cookies is perfect for a dessert party or tea; they make an excellent party favor or corporate gift (cookies can be created with a replica of your company logo); cookie lollipops are made into centerpieces; or just get a tin for your own enjoyment at home. The party begins with a hands-on cooking lesson covering a theme such as grilling, a particular ethnic cuisine, or a category of food such as hors d'oeuvres.
